14 Tag Question Rules Bangla (সবচেয়ে সহজ ও শর্টকাট নিয়ম)

Tag Question সাধারণত Class 9/10-এ পড়ানো হয়। এই পোস্টে আমরা দেখবো Tag Question Rules Bangla বা Tag Question করার সহজ নিয়ম।

Tag Question কী?

‘Tag’ শব্দের অর্থ ‘জুড়ে দেওয়া’। আর Question শব্দের অর্থ ‘প্রশ্ন’। অর্থাৎ Tag Question এর মানে হলো কোনো বাক্যের সাথে প্রশ্ন জুড়ে দেওয়া। যেমন: 

• He is an honest person, isn’t he? (সে একজন সৎ ব্যক্তি , তাই নয় কি?)

Tag Question এর গঠন: প্রদত্ত Sentence+ কমা (,)+ Auxiliary Verb+ Pronoun+ ? 

লক্ষণীয় যে প্রদত্ত Sentence টি: 

• হ্যাঁ – বোধক হলে- Auxiliary Verb এর সাথে not যুক্ত করতে হবে। 
• না -বোধক হলে- Auxiliary Verb এর সাথে not যুক্ত করতে হবে না। 

Note: Tag Question Rules এর মূল বিষয় হচ্ছে Sentence অনুযায়ী প্রথমে Auxiliary Verb এবং এরপর Pronoun বসাতে হবে ।

Tag Question-এ ব্যবহৃত Auxiliary Verb

Note: aren’t, shan’t, won’t, can’t এই চারটি ব্যতীত বাকি গুলোর সাথে n’t যুক্ত করলেই Auxiliary Verb এর সংক্ষিপ্তরূপ পাওয়া যায়।

সুতরাং আর দেরি না করে বুঝে বুঝে পড়ুন Tag Question Rules Bangla বা Tag Question করার সহজ নিয়ম।

1. প্রদত্ত Sentence-এ Auxiliary Verb থাকলে গঠন অনুযায়ী Auxiliary Verb বসেবে।

1. He is a good student, _____?
   Ans: He is a good student, isn’t he?
2. Jerin was a bad girl, _____?
   Ans: Jerin was a bad girl, wasn’t she?
3. They can do anything, _____?
   Ans: They can do anything, can’t they?
4. Jamal and Kamal were two friends, ______?
   Ans: Jamal and Kamal were two friends, weren’t they?
5. It is not nice place, ______?
   Ans: It is not nice place, is it?

2. Auxiliary Verb না থাকলে Tense অনুযানুযায়ী do/did/does বসবে ।

3. সকল Imperative Sentence-এ will you বসে। তবে Let’s/Let us দ্বারা শুরু হলে shall we বসবে।

1. Open the door, _____?
   Ans: Open the door, will you?
2. Don’t miss the class, _____?
   Ans: Don’t miss the class, will you?
3. Let them do the work, _____?
   Ans: Let them do the work, will you?
4. Let us play football, _____?
   Ans: Let us play football, shall we?

4. Exclamatory Sentence-এ Verb সবার শেষে থাকে ও Verb এর আগে Subject থাকে। 

1. How nice bird it is, _____?
   Ans: How nice bird it is, isn’t it?
2. How sweetly the bird sings, _____?
   Ans: How sweetly the bird sings, doesn’t it? 

5. All বা ‘body/one’ যুক্ত Subject এর পরিবর্তে they বসে।

1. Anyone may answare,  _____?
   Ans: Anyone may answare, mayn’t they?
2. Everybody likes flower, _____?
   Ans: Everybody likes flower, don’t they?
3. Nobody should go there,  _____?
   Ans: Nobody should go there, should they?

6. thing যুক্ত Subject এর পরিবর্তে it বসে । 

1. Nothing is important, _____?
   Ans: Nothing is important, is it? 
2. Something is better than nothing, _____?
   Ans: Something is better than nothing, isn’t it?

7. বাক্যের শুরুতে of দ্বারা Subject গঠিত হলে নিম্নোক্ত Pronoun বসবে।

1.  Most of us can do this, _____?
   Ans: Most of us can do this, can’t we? 
2. Some of them are student, _____?
   Ans: Some fo them are student, aren’t they?
3. All of you were playing, _____? Ans: All of you were playing, weren’t you?

8. কোনো বাক্যে hardly, rarely, scarcely, seldom, few, little থাকলে বাক্যটি Negative ধরা হয়।

1. He hardly belives me, _____?
   Ans: He hardly belives me, does he? 
2. They seldom come here, _____?
   Ans: They seldom come here, do they? 
3. There is little water in the pot, _____?
   Ans: There is little water in the pot, is there? 

তবে few এবং little আর আগে “a” থাকলে তা Affirmative অর্থ প্রকাশ করে। 

1.  He has a few friends, _____?
   Ans: He has a few friends, hasn’t he? 

9. Earth, moon, country, ship, river, motherland ইত্যদি শব্দের পরিবর্তে she বসে

1. The moon shines at night, _____?
   Ans: The moon shines at night, doesn’t she?
2. Bangladesh is developing country, _____?
   Ans: Bangladesh is developing country, isn’t it?

10. বা ক্যে have to/has to/had to থা কলে , নি ম্নো ক্ত Auxiliary Verb সমূহ বসবে ।

   Ans: You have to read this book, don’t you?
2. He has to go there, _____?
   Ans: He has to go there, doesn’t he? 
3. I had to finished the work, _____?
   Ans: I had to finished the work, didn’t I?

11. Need যদি Verb হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়, তবে Tense অনুযানুযায়ী do/did/does বসবে। আর Modal Auxiliary হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হলে need বসবে । 

1. He needs a pen, _____?
   Ans: He needs a pen, doesn’t he? 
2. You needn’t worry, _____?
   Ans: You needn’t worry, need you? 

12. প্রদত্ত Sentence টি Complex হলে , তা Principal Clause অনুযায়ী Tag Question করতে হবে ।

1. If you want, I will help you, _____?
   Ans: If you want, I will help you, won’t I?
2. When he went home, he knew everything, _____?
   Ans: When he went home, he knew everything, didn’t he? 

Note: যে Clause টিতে Modal Verb থাকবে অথবা অর্থের উপর গুরুত্ব দিবে সেটিকে Principal Clause ধরতে হবে। 

13. প্রদত্ত Sentence-টি Compound হলে , যেকোনো একটি অংশের Tag Question করলেই হবে । 

1. He is a good boy and everyone helps him, _____?
   Ans: He is a good boy and everyone helps him, isn’t he? 

14. কিছু ভিন্ন ধরনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Tag Question: 

1. Thank you very much, _____?
   Ans: Thank you very much, don’t I?
2. Sorry, _____?
   Ans: Sorry, aren’t I? 
3. What a prity, _____?
   Ans: What a prity, isn’t it? 
4. Good morning, friends, _____?
   Ans: Good morning, friends, don’t I? 
5. He as well as his brother came here, _____?
   Ans: He as well as his brother came here, didn’t he? 
6. He along with his friends will pay a visit to Sylhet, _____?
   Ans: He along with his friends will pay a visit to Sylhet, won’t he?
